Seventh Annual Golf Outing

On Monday July 28^th, 2008 torrential rains gave way to our Tournament Day of warm, sunny skies and lots of great people who joined us for the 7^th Annual Kevin Williams Memorial Golf Outing.  The day included great golf, wonderful prizes, delicious food and the sense of camaraderie only achieved when exceptional people join together with the common goal of helping others.

            Once again, due to the continued support and extreme generosity of our sponsors and all those attending, our major fundraiser was a huge success.  As the economy becomes uncertain and unemployment is on the rise, we have received far more requests from struggling families hoping to give their children a positive camp experience.  This unwavering support has allowed the Foundation to continue to increase the number of children we are able to reach out to.  This summer we were able to grant scholarships to 65 children.  This brings our total amount of young lives touched, through the generosity of our supporters, to 270 children since the inception of the Foundation 7 years ago. 

            Thank you to those of you who joined us for this wonderful day and are part of our mission – sharing Kevin’s love of life and sports with others,  to change this world – one child at a time.  We look forward to seeing you again next year on Monday, July 27^th for the 8^th Annual Kevin Williams Memorial Golf Outing.

The Second Annual “Night of Laughter” to benefit the Kevin Williams Foundation was held in June 2003, at Carolines on Broadway, N.Y.

Our 80's in Aspen benefit was a great success.  There were lots of laughs with great costumes and raffles.  Thanks to all who attended and donated to make this event possible.  A special thanks to The Beach House and Ride the Tide Entertainment who sponsored the event."
