Thank you from the Kevin Williams Memorial Foundation We would like to express our heartfelt thank you to so many of you for your extreme generosity, unending support and many prayers. Some of you, lifelong friends, some of you total strangers, but all of you instrumental in our survival and the success of this foundation. A friend recently shared these words with us, “You should take comfort in the fact that no evil and cowardice can ever extinguish that zest for living that Kevin embodied; and that all the good that he represented will live on.” Our friend was absolutely right…that good and life-affirming spirit does live on, through people like yourself and what you have helped us to do for many children. You have enabled us to purchase equipment for baseball programs, send baseball mitts and bats to underprivileged children as holiday gifts, and send 65 children to baseball camps this past summer. This brings the total number of children the foundation has sent to almost 270! The smile of every one of those children is a reminder of Kevin’s passion for baseball, his love of life and the generosity of some very special people. Thank you for making it possible for so many children to share Kevin’s dream and for being a part of our mission to change this world – one child at a time.
